Welcome to the FTC Leadership Development Program
The Fort Collins Leadership Development Program is a grass roots program designed to accelerate the development of current and future leaders in the organization. The program is provided by local leadership to grow local leadership with content tailored to the needs and interests of HPE and the participants.
About Us
Over the past 7 years, they have graduated nearly ~150 leaders in the Fort Collins area, many of which are still with Hybrid IT and Storage today. They host 2 hour sessions twice a month over a 9 month duration and cover topics like How to Lead, Marketing and Corporate Savvy, Building Support for Ideas, Emotional Intelligence and more.
